"Habit and hope are the crutches which support us through the vicissitudes of life."

Dolley P. Madison - June 14th, 1848

Autograph letter signed "Elias Boudinot," as President of the United States of America in Congress Assembled, to Major General Arthur St. Clair in Philadelphia, Princeton [N.J.], 9 July 1783.  "You may depend on Congress having been perfectly satisfied with your conduct."  On June 21, Continental troops--grown desperate to receive long overdue back pay--mutinied in their barracks at Philadelphia. Some 300 to 400, under arms, marched on Independence Hall, surrounded it, and kept the entire United States Government virtual prisoners.  The mutineers demands were made in very dictatorial tones, that “…unless their demand were complied with in twenty minutes, they would let in upon them the injured soldiery, the consequences of which they were to abide.”

2000 RNC Convention Exhibit

Manuscript & Dinosaur exhibits are opportunities for companies to build brand awareness around great events in history which are alternatives to “celebrity” endorsements and eliminate the risk of personalities tainting your company’s image.  We partner with our clients to create exhibits that balance their image while providing unprecedented public relations opportunities. When the campaign ends, the donation of the exhibit to a non-profit organization typically provides tax credits resulting in a sound ROI to your investment.

In 1983, upon the discovery of 18th Century Philadelphia shipping records in ROI.us Founder's attic, Stan Klos  began to acquire and exhibit historic documents.    Since then, he has authored numerous publications while assembling ephemera collections that have headlined a plethora of universities, national historic sites, libraries, and museums' special exhibits.  His most recent exhibit, Forgotten Founders: Historic Documents and Medallions of Freedom, was featured at the 2008 RNC Convention’s CivicFest. Stan has keynoted numerous special events including the Franklin D. Roosevelt American Heritage Center Museum’s grand opening and the 2003 re-entombment of First Lady Martha & President Samuel Huntington (see links below).   His founding U.S. History work has appeared in hundreds of print and digital publications including U.S. News & World Report 2006 cover story, “Washington?
