we will review digital images of your Declaration of Independence and provide
you with the following opinion via email or letter (your choice):
1. The Declaration of
Independence has a value below $100.00
2. The Declaration of
Independence may have
a value ranging from _______ to ________ but requires a full onsite
evaluation that includes, ink, paper and provenance examination.
The fee for an onsite
examination will be $175.00 plus shipping and insurance. If we determine
the document has a value under $2,000.00 a refund of $75.00 will be included in
the re-shipment (less the cost of postage) of the Declaration.

handwritten notes, seals etc...)
