Let us know what quantity and type of ephemera/artifacts) you have. Give us any history of the artifacts that may help us to evaluate their value, for example; the names of the individuals who signed the items, provenance (where did the document come from) or any history of artifact that you may deem important. If we’re interested in your material, we’ll be asking you to send us copies or photographs where copies are not practical.   Be sure to include your asking price for the ephemera or artifact.  If it is Appraisal or Authentication Service you want click here - hourly rate is $100.00.

When faxing or mailing copies, be sure to include your name, address, and phone number, and email address so we can email you our offer.

After we review pictures of your items, if we have interest, we’ll either accept your price or make you an offer. Our offer will usually be a range, since we cannot truly assign value to an item until we can see it in person.

Step Two:

If you are satisfied with our offer, we’ll ask you to ship your items to us via registered mail (hence the PO BOX). Registered mail is hand stamped and is signed each time it passes from one postal agent to another.  We have lost valuable historical ephemera utilizing the services of FED-X and UPS and highly recommend the United States Postal Registered Mail Service.  In special circumstances, we'll give pay for the registered mail transit and insurance, so you won’t have to pay any shipping charges.

When shipping your valuable items, please use the care necessary to package them in such a way that they will not be folded or damaged during shipment. Your local business center or mailbox store can assist you if need be. We recommend at the very least least placing the ephemera  between two pieces of thick cardboard and then using bubble wrap.  Please mark the envelope do not bend

Step Three:

Upon receipt of your ephemera, we will contact you with the exact amount that we would be willing to pay for your items. Should you accept the offer, you will be paid immediately. For larger purchases, we can even overnight the money to you, should you need us to.
